When I started to run my cold bath this morning and put the thermometer in it was a cooler 14C. Dont ask me why it was colder than only 6 hours ago but it was. it was a pleasant suprise beacuse I was expecting another boring day.
I settled in for what turned out to be a more than 15 minute soak by which time I was slightly shivering when I got out. Am also finding the cold water shaving is working OK on my face now but rest of me really has to be done in warm water!
